Following the success of it's inaugural conference in South Africa in 2004, the ACU's HRM Network is pleased to confirm the details of its second international conference.

This two-and-a-half day conference will address the overall theme of Planning for the Future: university HRM in the next decade. It will examine the pressures on university human resource management policies from both within and outside the higher education system and seek to identify practical responses. The Conference will provide a unique opportunity to network with colleagues from institutions around the Commonwealth and beyond, whilst hearing from plenary speakers and taking part in a range of sessions
